Christopher G. Wagner is a Member and Partner of the firm. He concentrates his practice in the areas of municipal law, zoning and land use, real estate transactions and related litigation. Mr. Wagner has extensive experience in municipal and land-use law. He represents several villages and acts as legal counsel to their respective Boards of Trustees, Planning Boards, Boards of Zoning Appeals, Building Departments and Village Clerks. Mr. Wagner currently serves as Village Prosecutor for the Villages of Centre Island, Cove Neck, Lattingtown, Lloyd Harbor and Matinecock, and has served as special counsel to others. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Wagner worked in New York City Hall as a staff member for a prominent NYC Councilman. Mr. Wagner was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2008 and is a member of the Nassau County and New York State Bar Associations. Mr. Wagner received his Juris Doctorate from Touro Law School in 2007 where he was an active member of the Moot Court Board and received numerous awards for academic excellence.
