Municipal Law
For our municipal clients H&W provides legal advice to numerous Village Boards of Trustees, Planning Boards, Boards of Zoning Appeals, Building Departments, Village Clerks and other village personnel. H&W has been involved in all aspects of municipal litigation and appellate work from Article 78 proceedings pertaining to municipal decisions and actions, enforcement proceedings of general and zoning violations of municipal codes, bond default litigation to prosecutions in the Village Courts.
